Refund policy
Cancellation on Website by Customer
A customer can cancel an order within 24 hours by calling our customer service at +91 8000820029 or +91 7000570009. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by a customer or any transaction that defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at Vaidgagan, at our sole discretion, may cancel such orders with or without providing any notification to the customer. We will maintain a record of all fraudulent transactions and customers, denying access to them or canceling any orders placed by them.
Returns
Given that we are dealing with Ayurvedic products, Vaidgagan follows a no return or exchange policy. However, exchanges will be allowed only if the product delivered is damaged. For redressal of damaged products, please contact customer service at info@vaidgagan.com or call us at +91 8000820029 / +91 7000570009 within 72 hours of product delivery. Each case will be dealt with individually. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Ensure to provide the receipt number for faster resolution of damaged product issues.
Refunds
If the order has been canceled, a refund will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 days. Note that certain banks may take longer for the amount to reflect in your account. If you are returning a damaged product, once we receive and inspect the return, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 days.
Late or Missing Refunds

If our customer service team determines an item is damaged after review, Vaidgagan will cover the shipping costs.
